My Canvas Art Kit

When I saw this kit, I knew exactly which pictures I wanted to use.  I think it turned out just right.  That red chair and little red skirt couldn't have been more perfect.  This was so easy to do.  All the pieces punched out, I stamped, glued and pop dotted.  This kit comes with at stamp set and enough dimensional elements to make two canvases.  The other colors are yellow and green.  Now, I need to make another one.

Fabulous You

That's the name of this stamp set.  It is $13.95 and comes with another bird and two sayings.  A wonderful stamp set to use for all of those special people in your life.  Here I used the Claire paper pack along with Outdoor Denim and Sunset cardstock.  I added a bit of color to the bird, flowers and stem with the Blending Pen.  And a little bling rounds it out.  Thanks so much for stopping by today!

Claire and Girls Rock

Here is another card we did for the play group girls.
Don't you just love those flowers on the Girl's Rock stamp set?  I cut them out on the Cricut, and then used Blush ink to stamp with.  Then I restamped with Sunset ink for the centers and cut those out.  I popped up a couple of them and voila.....we have a card.  The Happy Birthday sentiment is from one of the stamp sets that come with Cricut Art Philosophy.

Here you can see the flowers a little bit better.  I used the Claire paper to run down the middle of the card, with a piece of Blush underneath.  And a little bit of bling on the right corner of the card.

Hope you had a great weekend!

Fast and Furious

Here's a card that I offered at club the other night.  I am always so inspired by all of the artwork out there in blog land.  There are so many ideas, techniques and versions, I wish I could do more of them.  So little time!
This card uses:  Later Sk8r Paper Pack, Fast and Furious Stamp Set, Pear, Whisper and White Daisy Card Stock, Pear and Outdoor Denim Ink, Baker's Twine, the Sanding Kit, and Pop Dots (for the wheels)

Hope you are having a fantastic day!

Scouts

As you have probably noticed by now, I am not a very fussy scrapbooker.  By that I mean, I like the simple layouts most of the time.  This one below, is just right as far as I am concerned.  It has just the right amount of stuff on it to make me happy.
I might come back later and add some more ahead of the title.  But I might not.  Depends on my mood.  I think guy pages don't need a lot of extras to make them work.  They don't need to be pretty, just handsome. This is a handsome page.  LOL

Buzz and Bumble WOTG

This is my version of the Buzz and Bumble Workshop on the Go.  The first page is the same as the instructions, but the second page has been changed a little bit.  My pictures weren't the same as the layout shown, but that should not be a problem.  Just change it to fit your pictures!
The Buzz and Bumble Assortment adds so much dimension to this I think.  Those little bees and flowers are so cute.  And I love the flowers that come in the stamp set.  Have you used this paper pack yet?  If you haven't, you really should.

Have a great week!

A Little More

These cards are part of the card workshop I am having tonight.  A little more Later Sk8r.  I have been using the Cricut for so many cuts lately.  I always said that I didn't need one of those fancy cutting thingys.  But now I am not sure I can live without it.  The Cricut is so handy to have, and I'm glad that a lot of our stamps coordinate with it.

Supplies:
Thanks Card:  Artiste Stamp Sets, Artiste Cartridge, White Daisy, Topiary, Sunset and Outdoor Denim Card Stock, Later Sk8r Paper Pack, Silver Shimmer Trim and Silver Brads

Thinking of You Card:  Casual Expressions (D1525), Perfect Fit Frames Flair (D1527), Art Philosophy Cartridge, White Daisy and Outdoor Denim Card Stock, Later Sk8r Paper Pack, Silver Shimmer Trim and Clear Sparkles.

Thanks for looking,

Later Sk8r

Later Sk8r is a great paper pack for that guy in your life.  It makes terrific masculine layouts as you see below.  This is the Workshop on the Go.  This layout can be made with the WOTG as well as at least one more two page layout and cards too.  It comes with the paper pack, Workshop on the Go Brochure, the
C -sized stamp set, Later Sk8t Assortment, and Green and Blue Epoxy Bubbles.

I made these cards with the paper pack and the Fast and Furious Stamp Set (D1541) .  I think my favorite piece from the set is the plaid, but I also love the cog piece.  You know I am not sure I can pick a favorite one.  What do you think?

Who's Spoilin' Who?

That's what I titled this two page layout.  This comes from the Make It From Your Heart Pattern Book from Close To My Heart.  This is pattern #4 on page 12 and 13.  See the little birds on the pages?  I cut them out from the patterned Chantilly paper.  I think they add a lot to my pages.

Supplies used:
Chantilly Paper Pack, Chantilly Assortment, Clear Buttons from the Claire Assortment, Pink Glitter Gems,
Awards Dimensional Elements, A Typeface (A1117) and a large alphabet set (retired).

Make it with Heart!
